Dr Sandhu has genuinely changed my life.I have been living with severe, intermittent pain for over 15 years, but particularly over the last four years, following the birth of my daughter, it became unbearable. I had been to doctors countless times and was repeatedly prescribed pain medication, but no one ever really got to the root cause of what was happening.For years, I assumed I had sciatica and simply learnt to live with being in pain every day. As a mum caring for my physically disabled daughter, it became increasingly difficult to manage. At my worst, I was hunched over in pain, struggling to sit and walk comfortably, had developed a limp, and the pain was even affecting my sleep. I genuinely felt completely at a loss and didn't know what else could be done. I had started to believe that surgery for a bulging disc might be my only option.Then I went to see Dr Sandhu.From my very first appointment, he took the time to properly listen to my history, assess me and understand where my pain was actually coming from. He identified an issue with my pelvis that I had never been diagnosed with before and has been working with me not only to relieve the pain, but to strengthen and correct the underlying problem so that I can hopefully fix it long term rather than simply manage the symptoms.I've also experienced episodes of numbness, loss of feeling and pins and needles in my arms and hands. Again, I'd been to the doctors about this and was told it was likely stress related, without any real explanation or treatment. Dr Sandhu assessed me and immediately recognised an issue with the alignment of my neck. After treatment, I genuinely felt like I could feel the sensation returning to my arm and hand almost instantly. It was incredible.The difference in me now is honestly difficult to put into words. I wake up and I'm nowhere near the level of pain I was experiencing before. Every session I feel better. I'm walking properly again, I'm able to do more, and I'm working through exercises to build my strength and address the underlying issues so that I don't have to spend the rest of my life living with pain.I don't want this review to come across as a criticism of our healthcare system because I know how stretched it is, and I have seen many doctors over the years. But my experience was that the focus was often on treating the effect of my pain rather than finding the cause. Dr Sandhu did something different. He didn't just manage my pain. He identified what was causing it and, most importantly, has given me a genuine way forward to address it long term.I could genuinely cry thinking about the difference this has made.As a 33 year old woman who has spent so many years experiencing pain, I don't think people realise just how debilitating it can be until they've lived with it themselves. Being able to wake up and not immediately be consumed by pain feels like getting a part of my life back.Hand on heart, this is my completely honest experience, and I cannot recommend Dr Sandhu and Bedford Chiropractic Clinic enough. I am so incredibly grateful for the care, time and expertise he has given me. Words genuinely can't express how much coming here has changed my experience of everyday life.

Can’t recommend Bedford Chiropractic Clinic enough.I woke up with the most horrendous pain in my neck, shoulder and back, not being able to lift my head off the pillow.Dr Surinder was amazing!! He saw me as an emergency appointment on a Saturday afternoon at a time all other practitioners are shut. I had a detailed consultation and then therapy afterwards which dramatically helped ease the stiffness and extreme pain I was having. Not only that, he suggested a number of things in terms of my posture and equipment that will help me day to day! Note to self…do not sleep on your front guys! Dr Surinder saw me again a few days later and I feel even better.Great clinic, friendly staff, experienced Dr and treatment all complete!

I wanted to thank you all at Bedford chiropractic clinic immensely for completely freeing me from back pain and neck pain. It has literally changed my life and body in ways I can never repay. Things like being able to carry my daughter upstairs without any spasms or aches is literally priceless. Not to mention how much stronger and fitter I feel after all of the recommended exercises and follow along videos which have been amazing and so worth the effort. Ive been suffering with my back for well over a year, recently it went so badly that I was in absolute agony and barelyable to walk, sit, bend, etc. I had been taking naproxen with no real change to the pain for well over a week before I came to see Dr Sandu, which I did on a recommendation from a friend. I started to feel better right from day 1 and over the 6 weeks or so that I have been seeing him the change is phenomenal. I have completed treatment now and I have exercises to help strengthen my core, which I hope will prevent it happening again. This, along with getting out of bad posture habits and getting shoe supports, etc, all recommended following a thorough assessment I had right at the start. I would highly recommend Dr Sandu, he is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I felt I was in very safe hands. In the nicest possible way, I hope not to have to see him again, not for this problem anyway...but I'd have no hesitation in returning if I had any problems in the future...but I'd go much sooner next time and save myself all the agony! I should also mention the staff at the clinic are lovely too.

I have been a patient Dr Sandhu for a number years now, initially attending with back pain which has been cured and now having regular adjustments to maintain my health. Surinder is an excellent practitioner, vastly experienced who has over the years provided advice and guidance on a number of health issues and adapts the treatment plan to meet the patients needs.The staff are extremely friendly and the clinic is well equipped. What I particularly like is that Surinder has a clear passion for the care of his patients and is constantly looking to understand new treatment options in order to maintain his expertise.Highly recommended and many thanks for the great care over the years.

Surinder is amazing 👏We bought a block lot of sessions as was for myself and my 17yt old sonMy son had back pain and knee pain and he now is feeling so much better and alot stronger ,surinder also has ALOT of knowledge and gave advice on things to buy to help my son ,like special insoles for his shoes back support for chair ,how to sleep correctly and so much more.For myself I have buldging discs in neck and nerve pain and I'm alot better now with surinders help ,knowledge and support.The guys and girls who done massages where amazing too and again nor just massage so much knowledge and support.I'm sure in the future I'll need more help and I'll be straight backVery grateful, thank you 😊 🙏
