I have pretty bad dental anxiety and was truly dreading my tooth extraction yesterday. I hadn’t even sat down when I immediately started crying. Luckily, I had Deanna and Tatiana in the room with me. They were so comforting and kind to me and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about my little breakdown (Deanna even offered me a hug after asking my permission and it was just what I needed in that moment).I am also someone who almost exclusively sees women for my healthcare. However, if I ever have to see an oral surgeon again, I would schedule an appointment with Dr. Allen. He was just like his staff … kind and comforting. He did everything by possible to make sure it wasn’t a traumatic experience for me … and it wasn’t. I would actually say it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had, despite being the one I was most scared of.I’m really thankful for Dr. Allen, Deanna, and Tatiana and for the wonderful care I received from them. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone but especially to those who are anxious or scared!

💥Dr. Will Allen and his team are with out question the absolute best oral surgeon in Louisville KY. A very clean and high-tech facility. I was level 10 anxious for an extraction that involved an infection. The moment we spoke it dropped immediately. He and his staff walked me through the process in complete detail and then proceeded with the procedure. The numbing process and the extraction was nearly pain‐free (1 out 10) almost zero. The procedure was done so quick that I could not process that it was completed. I can not thank him and his staff enough. Thank you Dr. Allen, and God bless you! 💪🏽

I can’t recommend Dr. Allen and his associates enough. I was blown away by the level of kindness and care him and his staff had during and even after the procedure. When I expressed my nervousness to the staff they played music, dimmed the lights, and did everything they could to calm my nerves! Dr. Allen came in with a positive attitude and made it easy to trust his abilities. When I had an issue after my surgery, I called the after hours line and he called me back immediately (at 6am!) and helped out. I can’t express enough my gratitude to his amazing staff. They are all amazing at their jobs.

Highly recommend! Fantastic experience all around. Clean and modern facility. Friendly, courteous and communicative staff. The nurse practitioner and surgeon were both very professional yet approachable and set realistic expectations for procedures that, let's be real here, just aren't that fun. They truly listen to the patient at this practice, so voice your concerns and questions. They will go out of their way to try and accommodate you. 10 out of 10 for making a horrible procedure into a positive experience :)

Dr. Allen did an outstanding job with my dental extraction. I was pretty anxious going in, but the procedure went far more smoothly than I expected — quick, professional, and virtually pain-free. As an oral surgeon, he clearly explained everything beforehand and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The office even followed up with me later in the day to check on my recovery and walked me through the next steps to manage post-extraction bleeding, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Dr. Allen to anyone looking for a skilled, caring oral surgeon who genuinely looks out for his patients!

As someone with ADHD who gets extremely anxious about going, I can’t say enough good things about this office. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was so kind, patient, and accommodating. They made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and never made me feel rushed or judged.The facility itself is absolutely beautiful—by far the nicest dental office I’ve ever been to. It’s clean, modern, and has such a calming atmosphere, which really helped ease my anxiety.If you’ve been putting off going because you’re nervous or scared, I highly recommend this office.
