I contacted this company bc I heard a mouse in my bedroom ceiling. I was very clear it was in the attic. The service guy arrives from S Yarmouth 41 minute drive to Eastham without a ladder. He said it’s in another truck. Then he also says they do not have insurance to cover him if he needs to go on roof to find entry point of rodent.. Translation they will not pay for insurance to allow this performance, I have a tiny one story cabin. I can almost touch the attic door hatch with my fingertips. This company is unprepared and unprofessional.
