I just started this gym about a month ago… I am by far the weakest in the class. And yet, no one cares! They all cheer me on just as if I was the biggest badass! I can’t say enough good things about the environment, the workout, and the people! If you’re looking for a new gym, you just found it!

I am a graduate student and have found the best community at this gym! It’s been my safe space away from school, to make friends, and get stronger. Blues city is the best for Hyrox training. Steve is super knowledgeable and supportive as is the community. It has helped me boost my running capacity and strength so I was well prepared for Hyrox competitions. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a member since June of last year and have loved every class! Easy to get to since I’m in Rock Hill and the community is unbeatable. Not sure how I would have survived my first HYROX race without this place!

I commute to kirkwood and have been training for both hyrox and CrossFit at this gym. They do well combining hybrid workouts with running. The community is absolutely amazing as well!

Blues City is a great gym to join if you’re looking for TOUGH workouts and a place to train or learn about Hyrox. I joined to train for my first Hyrox and commuted from the city. The workouts are the best of the best for preparing for Hyrox. Great, friendly people too!

I am a WashU student who joined the gym last fall. I’m currently training for Hyrox Miami and have been really happy with my progress so far. Everyone at Blues City has been so friendly and the staff know how to program some tough and effective workouts. The gym is also a super easy commute from the UCity area. I have nothing but good things to say!
