I first worked with a company provided by my work place, but was not NY based. They provided me some faulty information. The information was correct for their state but not for NY State. They also provided no guidance - no highlights about HMO and PPO, when to consider high deductible plans etc.I viewed Paul’s Medicare 101 session online and I also attended a local Medicare intro session locally. Both were helpful - they did have different focus points. I did feel more informed after Paul’s session. The local person was informed but very disorganized. Paul was easy to schedule with, was always on time and zeroed in on what you need, what works for you. You give him your health parameters and he zeroes right in on what your best options will be. He then shows you some options and guides you in your decision making. I was all signed up and very comfortable with my choices in 2 sessions with Paul - and if I was a better decision maker, we could have been done it in 1.When I was working with the group provided by work, I had 4 sessions with them and was really struggling with choices. I had to remind them every time that I could not use an Advantage plan. I’m sure the supplement plan I was looking at would have provided good coverage, but I would have paid much more.Thank you Paul for being laser focused, for being a good listener and for providing reasoned and informed guidance. Knowing the convoluted nature and process of the Medicare system, I attended an informational session with an open mind hoping for data, broadening my choices and learning changes in 2025. It is evident Paul knows what he is talking about regarding Medicare and Medigap, etc. Equally important to me was his focus on customer service and educating his customers. Health coverage in a dramatically changing environment is a topic of great concern to me and Paul delivered with solid information. Less

Medicare can be very confusing when you first begin to delve in to the subject. Paul was extremely patient and walked me through the whole process, even helping me to sign up for Social Security and Medicare accounts. He is very responsive to telephone messages and will always make time to fit in with your schedule. I have also invested in several annuities through Paul. Sometimes there has been verbiage in the contracts that not even he understands what they mean. He never guesses, or says I think it means this, but will call the company and get the correct answer.
