Purchased this HiVi 2.1ch system from Vince and I was blown away by the quality of sound that comes out of these speakers. I wish I had another room I could add a second pair of these to but I’ll have to leave them for someone else so be quick to purchase the last one available in store now.

Always a good experience with Vince. You can expect genuine advice, great care and service from him. I picked up a REL T/9x which sounds magical. Went in to listen to plenty of other brands and REL without a doubt stood out. Very happy with the purchase!

My experience with Pacific Hi Fi staff has been good. I received the right advice from start to finish regarding a new TV and soundbar purchase from Vince. Sid the installer also went out of his way to accommodate my request regarding installation. Tas and Vince kept the communication open regarding dates for install and final price purchase.I would recommend contacting Pacific Hi Fi for an honest opinion regarding purchases and comparable prices.

Wow.... what service. I've spoken with Frank and other team members there over agonising about what speakers to pair with my vintage receiver.Frank walked me through a bunch of options patiently. Spent quite some time to help... like he actually wanted the best experience for me.Great service is not common. It's commonplace here though. Great work to Frank and the team. You have another loyal customer!

Once again I had dealings with pacific hifi, I was looking for a used subwoofer but Vince made a call and got me a brand spanker new REL subwoofer cheaper than other stores were charging , best of all Vince knows I hate to wait and got it to me the next day (less than 24 hours) when others said 3-4 days. Plus made me a quality subwoofer cable to the length I wanted there and then on the spot when I picked up the subwoofer, not some overpriced poorly insulated cable either. No wonder I come back to these guys. Thanks again guys.

Steve was such a big help not only with a prompt and helpful reply over emails, but in store solved the issue promptly. Very happy with everything and I couldn’t recommend this business enough. Thank you Steve.

Had an excellent experience with Pacific Hi Fi. The team provided great advice and really took the time to understand what I was after.Super impressed with the sound quality of the outdoor in-ceiling speakers I purchased — they’ve completely elevated the space.Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality audio and knowledgeable service.

I've been using Pacific Hi-Fi now for my internet and audio visual setups for probably more than 30 years and I can honestly say I've never had service like this anywhere else. Sure there are other places that sell good equipment and do good installs but the thing that sets specific high Fire part is their dedication to customer satisfaction. Franco's often just come out when I need something doing or something goes wrong and he will turn up no charge fix the problem and you just know you're always covered. The passion is customer satisfaction for sure and I don't understand those couple of one star reviews from people they must have just been having a bad day
