I have a 14 year old Jacuzzi that came with the purchase of our home three years ago. Ken and his team at Care Free Spas has been there time and time again. I am a DYI guy but know my limits. They have great service for every situation. I have had technicians out in the past that have provided prompt, accurate, and professional service. Then when it is a holiday weekend and I need to get parts, Ken is there at the shop on Saturday helping me get the parts I need to get my spa working again. I am always amazed at the knowledge for the product that they offer and that they carry parts I need. My spa has aged and I am holding out to replace my spa when I replace my deck. When the time comes, I am definitely going to get another Jacuzzi and I would not dare think of going any where else because this is a company that knows the product and provides great service and support.

We had an excellent experience working with Greg for our new HotSpring spa. He’s been really easy going, extremely knowledgeable, patient, overall great guy. I researched hot tubs in 2000 and landed on Jacuzzi after looking at the hard data on jet technology and electronics. I purchased my tub that year and use it weekly.During this twenty year run Ken and his team responded to every issue I had and kept my tub running well.I am the one off user as I’m in my tub 5 nights a week.My 2000 tub finally had enough so my wife and I decided to replace it.I went back to Ken and his team and grabbed the same model. I will tell you that the new tub is just what the doctor ordered. I am not one to add much to online like this but believe me that there is a huge difference in Hot Tub quality and longevity

Not sure why you would buy from Anywhere else!Short and Sweet Ken and his staff know their stuff and have what has to be the most reliable product on the market.I bought my first Sundance Spa from them around 2007 and it was still running in 2022 when we sold our house. During those 15 years it ran problem free.I bought a new Sundance for our new house as well. The filtration is amazing. A recent guest commmented this has to be the cleanest hot tub I have ever been in! The powerfulness of the jets are pretty amazing too!When you visit their showroom you will notice that this has been a lifelong commitment for Ken. He is a member of various trade organizations and has helped the industry evolve.

We bought a Sundance spa from Care Free Spa several years ago and have been very happy with it and the very knowledgeable staff at the stores and in the service technicians. We had shopped all brands in Indy, and visited their various brands at the Indiana State Fair and settled on Sundance. We told them we could only buy it if they filled it with water and we "wet tested" it. They had us come back 2 days later and we did that...in their tent at the State Fair! They gave us complimentary tickets to come back as well. We are long time spa and pool owners and were selective in the features and brands. While you can buy less expensive spas, you will also be disappointed in service after the sale with those. I have found CFS honest, responsive and willing to answer questions and concerns in person or on the phone. Like any major home device, pool, or spa, there will always be something to maintain or fix down the road. Buying from a well established and local dealer like CareFree will give you some peace of mind to know they will stand behind their product and be there to service your needs into the future. And no, I am not compensated for this review, just happy with their product and services.

If you’re looking for help with your hot tub, this is the place to go. Every time I walk in with questions they are very helpful and answer any questions I have. The products are excellent. They gave me recommendations on what I needed to treat my hot tub, on a weekly basis and now everything is within the normal range. When we’re ready for a new hot tub, we will definitely be purchasing from Sundance Spas. Excellent customer service as well as the products!

Just traded in my 8 year old Jacuzzi for a brand new Hotsprings Limelight series spa. The entire Carefree Spa team, Hotsprings, Jacuzzi, and Sundance teams are super knowledgeable about their entire offering of spa configurations, take the time to listen to your needs, and help you make a good decision based on what your expectations are and what your limitations might be, space, budget, etc. Their service team has been excellent over the past 8 years, and their install team is super professional and thorough. They are available all the time and are great with answering all your questions.We loved the Jacuzzi, we purchased an entry level spa 8 years ago, and decided it was time to upgrade and switch to a salt spa.

I've had my hot tub for just at 2 years now. A big investment for our family, took some thought and consideration into it, and finally landed on a jacuzzi brand hot tub so I ended up at Carefree. The last two years have seen issues with the hot tub itself. Nothing has been major, just minor nuances that needed looked at, repaired, etc. The reason for the 5 stars is because when mistakes happen the service team has always been on it. They are prompt, educated, polite to my family/kids, and they have never left without fixing our issue. I don't expect perfection, but it's nice to see service come through when things go wrong.
