At 64 I finally managed to hang up my boots and retire from work. I want to enjoy my retirement and not shuffle off to a nursing home anytime soon. So, having never set foot in a gym in my lifetime I realised that I needed to get fit and work towards maintaining as healthy a lifestyle as possible so I can enjoy my retirement. I saw one of Jeremy's ads and made enquiries. That was 3 months ago. I have been going to 2 sessions a week with Jeremy and Bailey who are both awesome. They are highly experienced (working on their Masters of Exercise Science) and offer experience, motivation and fun in their sessions. They are experienced in working around medical conditions to optimise exercises. I am so happy I started. I am really noticing the change in my physical health now. I actually look forward to turning up. (Who would have thought) Jeremy and Bailey, I can't thank you enough for helping me enjoy my retirement years.
