Absolutely horrible experience at $70 a person. You would expect the staff to be a little bit kind. But they were all nasty. One man had 2 inch long, dirty nails, and he was poking me in My shoulder just to tell me to wait inside the office. He really tried to hurt me. The other guy was belittling my sister. And the other one grabbed my son by his arm and yanked him all because he wanted him to get on the helicopter as quickly as possible in order to get the two minute ride over with disgusting Staff. this business should get shut down or at least replace the entire staff

We showed up the moment it opened and was told we couldn’t ride that we had to wait and we would be contacted once they have “Enough fuel”. 2 hours later no contact was made. So we showed back up and seen two families of grown men walk right up and get on immediately. It felt extremely racist ! The guy at the front knows he was wrong by the look of guilt when we showed back up and seen him guiding 3 grown men who just walked up onto the helicopter.
