I contacted Drew for an estimate on cleaning my sectional and 2 area rugs. The pricing was a lot less than another company’s quote and reviews looked good on Google so we scheduled a day for him to come out. He arrived on time and was courteous.My sectional wasn’t very dirty but 5 years old and needed a cleaning. After cleaning, it was wet and hard to tell how it looked. It smelled nice.The next day once it dried I noticed a lot of uneven dirt around the bottom and edges of the cushions and sectional base. I had to hand scrub one of the sides to even out the dirt marks out.Neither of the area rugs came clean so that was disappointing. They were wet as well and lighter colored so I couldn’t tell until after they dried. One of them I expected not to come clean but the other one wasn’t very dirty and the dirt is still in it — maybe a shade or two lighter now.The company reached out and made things right after the service wasn’t what I had hoped for. I do appreciate that. I think if you had any issues they stand behind their name and would fix them for you!

My carpet in my rental was as bad as it could get from the 4 puppies and mom he had. I was pretty sure we would have to replace it, but Drew got it so clean I was stunned!Nice guy too. I recommend highly A+

Drew saved the day after my cat broke into her packs of liquid treats and spread the paste all over the carpet. He asked clarifying questions to fully understand the situation; then, he explained step-by-step how he would handle it. He even locked up for me, because I had to leave while he was doing the job!
