I am more confident in myself, and I now feel completely comfortable working out in a gym. All of the trainers at Coreplex are friendly and helpful, and they work with a variety of ages. I have been coming for 2-3 months consistently training with Logan and it has been a more than welcoming environment. It has good energy with all the trainers and I never feel like I’m out of place. It’s one place that you don’t wanna miss a session because of how fun it it. 10/10 recommend coming. Love it.

Coreplex has built something special! Chase Meade runs a top-level facility and you can tell how much he cares about the people in it. Logan, Christian, and Jason are all great to be around and bring a strong energy to the environment. It’s a place where people actually come to get better, not just show up. What a first rate gym and group of owners/trainers. Very knowledgeable and respectful guys training people of all ages and levels of fitness. My wife and friends have trained with and love Chase, who referred me to Logan. He's fantastic as well. Approaches things from a knowledge-based perspective.
