Lucas came out and replaced my water heater today and did a great job! He went way beyond expectations, we had a great chat, he loved on my dog, and even helped me fill in a gap that was behind the water heater. He explained everything he was doing and showed me how he was doing things and where my main water cut off valve was too. He’s a really good guy and glad I have a brand new water heater! Only have to wait 45 minutes til this thing heats up and I’ll be on my way to a glorious hot bath! Lol Less
