We had a fantastic experience with Big Blu Pools! While the permitting process took about eight weeks (largely outside of their control), once construction began, everything moved quickly and efficiently. From breaking ground to filling the pool with water took just five weeks, very impressive.Gerardo Robles did an excellent job overseeing each phase, scheduling crews back-to-back, and keeping us informed every step of the way. Every team showed up on time, worked full days, and completed their work quickly and meticulously.They also minimized the impact on our surrounding property, which reduced post-construction repairs, something we truly appreciated.Thank you, Big Blu Pools, for a smooth and professional experience. Gerardo and his team rescue our swimming pool from a mess of being ignored for the better part of 40 years. He and his team know what they are doing. They are not just pool service folks. They are a pool and spa architectural team.The first project they took on was to fix the cracks and the support issues and give it a new fresh look with new lighting as well. The next step is going to be updating the controls and the spa so the spa can be a hot inviting spa while the pool can still be a refreshing place every day of the year!
