I can’t say enough great things about Compelled! It’s not just about working out—it’s about being part of a supportive and welcoming community. When I first started, I was recovering from an injury, still in physical therapy, and not allowed to run or jump. I was nervous about jumping back into fitness, but the instructors here were incredibly accommodating to my needs. They worked with me to tailor exercises that were safe and effective, gradually helping me rebuild my strength and confidence.
