Swift Home Renovations replaced our rotting wood deck with a Trex composite deck. During the proposal they listened to our wants, asked questions and made suggestions. They worked through a difficult environmental issue with a strict city permit process. When work began, the employees were highly skilled but extremely friendly, making sure that any questions or concerns were answered. The end result is a beautiful, sturdy deck that should last many years.

Swift Home Renovations most recently completed all the renovations on my home. It was an extensive job, but they proved to be reliable, professional, trustworthy, and responsive to all my questions and concerns. The work spanned over a year because not only did they renovate the interior and exterior of the home, they also finished the basement, rebuilt the back deck which involved extending, covering, and screening it, and also built a detached 2-car garage. I loved that they were able to handle every single aspect of my home renovation, even the unexpected ones that inevitably come up when you buy an older home. What was even greater was the way they came up with thoughtful, creative designs. For example, they reconfigured my master bathroom to use the space more efficiently with an updated look, created a basement floor plan that flows well and avoids short ceilings, redesigned the back deck and moved the stairs to a much better layout, and designed a beautiful new garage. They were able to turn my vague ideas into something even better, while staying within budget. I’m overall very pleased and would not hesitate to choose Swift again!

We’re very happy with the work Swift Home Renovations did on the upstairs of our home. Our plaster walls aren’t perfectly smooth, but they took the time to repair rough and damaged areas so the finished result looks clean and nearly brand new.They also did an excellent job covering dark paneled walls, making sure the light green paint color looks consistent with the rest of the house. Great preparation, attention to detail, and overall craftsmanship. Highly recommended.

We just completed our fourth project with Swift home renovations in the last five years. Swift once again did a phenomenal job! This time they painted our finished basement; prior jobs Included a new Trex deck off of our main level; painting our entire main level and taking out shelving and building/installing new new shelves for us (all done perfectly); and painting the entire exterior of our home. They also treat your home as if it were their own home, and cover and take care of everything in the house or on the house perfectly so there is no paint, etc., anywhere it doesn’t belong, which demonstrates their amazing attention to detail!We cannot recommend any partner, whether it’s remodeling, painting, or whatever you may need that would do a better job for you than Swift home renovations!

Great experience with Swift Home Renovations. My next door neighbor was using this company. I watched them work and saw that they were doing a great job. I hired them to do a long list of small-ish renovations to a rental house we just bought. All the various crews did such a great job. These are the kindest bunch of people you’ll ever meet. Great Experience with Home Improvements Project!My wife and I recently contracted with Swift Renovations for a home improvement project and had an amazing experience. Our project involved updating our main bathroom and expanding it with extra space we had in our bedroom, and other renovations to our guest bathroomWe were hesitant to begin the project when we did as we had guests arriving from out of town in four weeks. When we first met with Mauricio to discuss the possible project and needed timeline, he shared great insight and suggestions regarding products and features that were possible for our future newly renovated bathrooms. Shortly after that we received a project proposal with many options from which to choose and were delighted to learn that Swift could perform the renovation before our guests arrived!From start to finish the project went great. We were kept informed of scheduled work and the needed workers for specific task were carefully coordinated and scheduled to meet the project deadline. Demo, rough plumbing, rough electrical, sheetrock, tile, glass doors, final electrical, final plumbing, and painting – everyone came when Swift said they would, and all were friendly and had a positive attitude. With any renovation there are some disruptions, but we experienced minimal disruptions and inconvenience.In the end, the project was completed before our company arrived and we are delighted with the quality and beauty of the work done. The workers cleaned up after themselves as much as possible while the work was ongoing. After all the work was completed, they sent professional cleaners to thoroughly clean all the impacted areas. We ended up with a renovation that exceeded our expectations and a clean house. We heartily recommend Swift Renovations for their old fashioned work ethic, reliability, professionalism, customer focus and quality work!
