Sifting through the reviews, it's clear that Konstantin is a super-star and I'm writing this review to confirm that 100%!It was a Saturday and I was traveling out of state while my wife and mother in law were at our home here in East Cobb. All of a sudden, the refrigerator water line began dumping a lake of water throughout our kitchen. The main water shutoff valve could not be located, so the ladies frantically gathered and used towels to soak up all the water until help could arrive.I called K L Contractor Plumbing, they understood the urgency and they immediately dispatched Konstantin to our home where he went to work and literally saved the day. He was SUPER professional, courteous, knowledgeable and polite. Konstantin was a true professional in every sense of the word and did an excellent job replacing my prv valve. I initially took on a diy job to replace the valve myself but when the job needed pipes to be cut and replaced that’s when I knew the job was above my pay grade and that’s when I reached out to KL plumbing. I called them up at 5:00 on a Thursday evening and the job was done and completed by 6:30 - And may I add at a very reasonable fair price. Wow…Truly an incredible experience I had with KL plumbing. Job well done!
