I went to Tint Daddy’s Tint and Alarm, and let me tell you I had the best customer service experience ever. From the moment I called to the time I left, Jason was amazing. They got me in immediately, and Jason took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even showed me examples of the different tint options available.I dropped my car off during my lunch break, and it was finished by the time I got off work, which was super convenient. Javi did an amazing job on my tint it looks perfect. Damien, the manager, was awesome as well. He was very kind, made sure I was completely satisfied with my car, and even gave me recommendations on places to eat here in San Antonio since my family is new here.Overall, top-notch service and professionalism. Honestly, I’m so impressed! They did such an amazing job on my tint. I had really old tint that needed to be removed first, which I know wasn’t easy, but they took their time and made sure it was done perfectly before putting on the new one. The results look so clean and smooth — my car honestly looks brand new again! Everyone there was super friendly and professional, and you can tell they really care about their work. Eight yrs. ago I chose Daddy's Tint & Alarm to tint all glass in my new pick-up. Now I have a new SUV and again wanted the best for my ride, but did not want to rely on an 8 yr. old experience or outdated product even though it was perfect. I researched on line countless hours for weeks, and even went to different tint shops, including Daddy's. In my opinion nothing has changed in 8 years, except for the best product. The other tint shops were dirty and some not even open during "THEIR" business hours. One speck of dirt or one hair is all it takes to ruin your tint job, so I feel a clean shop is mandatory. Daddy's shop is pristine and their employees are clean. If customer service is important to you, Daddy's has been in business for 3 generations and 37 yrs. I felt Daddy's was the only shop I contacted that took the time to answer ALL your questions, and they have the best tints, even with the Cancer Foundation Recommended seal. I have waited for my window tint to completely cure before writing this review and in my very picky opinion, it is perfect. I feel Daddy's has the best products, best warranties, best people, best customer relations, and they will work with you on price. They did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it, at the price they said they would do it for. No going back to have a poor job redone, it was done right the first time. GPS and alarm are a good combination. Viper products are solid. Daddy’s tint and Alarm is a respectable business. I would recommend this installation since vehicles can easily be stolen these days especially with keyless entry key fobs. Thieves have gadgets to intercept the signal. Consider these products. Be safe and careful out there!
