They achieved everything we hoped for, including moving the water heater drain to create a larger playroom, adding two egress windows for safe bedrooms, new plumbing for 1 1/2 baths and a kitchenette, ship lap walls, and beautiful custom dark walnut shelves. The space is now perfect for family and friends to enjoy. Bill was patient with our decisions and had great recommendations when we were unsure. We would hire them again in a heartbeat for any future projects.
