I only give 4/5 but its closer to 4.5 (I rarely give 5/5 reviews) but compared to ALL other locations this is a well run store, non-union and the staff are great. The Manager - Ethan I have known for many years. Great guy. JP 2nd in command a good guy. As to offerings, high- end of course but UNLIKE all the other co-ops they DO have a wide selection of $1.99 tallboys and changing all the time. I am scaling back! due to high costs of living, so if you're on a budget - this is the place for you!!Conveniant too! Pet store, Papa John's, Timmies, Gas all here can do it all in one stop! Lots of parking. I really do recommend this location.Staff are very knowledgable as during Christmas I do tend to buy Scotch - from Ireland and they do make good recommendations. But for my daily/weekly needs I really do recommend this particular Arc Liquor. Fantastic! 4/5. Knowledgeable wine staff

Management was amazing, I asked to bring in a product they did not carry in a 1.75 liter and they did. When I asked about another item a week later they ordered it for me. The staff are polite and helpful. A really nice retail shop. Join the co-op and you get approximately 4% back by check once a year just before Christmas.

ARC liquor definitely has the best selection of liqueur in town. The staff is unbelievable helpful and occasionally have tastings to help you choose a bottle. Best store in town by far.

I live in the complex right behind this place so I'm here all the time lol. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Pretty good selection. My only issue is they don't really have 6 or ,12 packs of most standard lagers (Bud, Canadian etc) only 8, 15 and 24.But I know that's not their choice, and I get why they do that. Still 5* tho just because of the staff :)The sandwich board out front is always hilarious. Whoever writes that stuff deserves a raise

This place is a hidden gem for whiskey lovers which is hard to believe as it's right on the highway in the middle of Kelowna. You can do it all here from picking up a half sack to float on the lake or have a sophisticated whiskey tasting with the in-house experts JP, Ethan and Andrew. Since being under new management, there have been excellent improvements. While there has always been an abundance of expensive good wines, beer and liquors I found that there were few selections for those on a budget. But the New Manager has listened to my concerns, and now has a wide variety of single tall-boy cans which I often buy, not wishing to spend $15 on a 6-pack or higher sometimes. I found that the edition of new staff members who have quickly learned my name and my habits have also been an improvement. Many of the old staff are there, and I have a great rapport with them. This is my local store, and I encourage those in the neighborhood or those just passing through town to visit this excellently managed store!

Definitely my go to store. I cook alot and they always seem to have what I need. Staff is always happy and the manager is always a wealth of knowledge and always willing to help. Quick easy and lots of parking.
