I had a great experience! Everyone on the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to explain everything without making it feel overwhelming.As a dietitian, I found the DEXA scan fascinating. I've never been a fan of the one-size-fits-all approach to health, and the detailed information from the scan provides a much more individualized picture than simply looking at a number on the scale. It was really interesting to see the breakdown and gain insights that can help guide more personalized health and fitness decisions.If you're curious about your body composition or looking for more meaningful data to support your goals, I highly recommend checking them out. Process is explained well. Scans are quick. Results of scan was explained clearly on a large screen. The scan showed up afterwards in the DEXAFIT app that I had previously installed on my iPhone. 24 hours later, I saw more data reflecting the pulling of data from the Apple Heath app which I set up. This was my first scan and therefore a baseline. Looking forward to 6 months but more likely I’ll be back after 90 days for another scan to evaluate how my diet and fitness plan are coming together and to establish realistic short and long term targets.
