I highly recommend Caleb with Clarity Roofing. After reviewing my home inspection report, he came out to evaluate a few concerns with the roof. Instead of trying to sell me repairs I didn’t need, he gave me an honest assessment and explained that I’d be better off waiting until the roof actually needs to be replaced. That could be tomorrow if it develops a leak, or it could be another 5–10 years.I really appreciated his integrity and willingness to put my best interests ahead of making a sale. It would have been easy to recommend an expensive temporary fix, but he was upfront that it would only be a band-aid and I’d likely still need a full replacement within the next decade.It’s refreshing to find a contractor you can truly trust. Our experience with Clarity Roofing couldn't have gone any better and we couldn't be more pleased with our new roof.Caleb was always timely and professional answering any and all questions we had. He inspected the roof from the outside and then also from inside the attic. He laid out a very detailed quote that covered everything we needed. Even the permit. There were no surprises.The crew was fantastic! They were working on one of the hottest days of the year. From tear-off of the existing roof in the morning through to cleaning up after the work was done in the afternoon, this team was focused on doing the job right. I am especially happy with the flashing done around the chimney on the upper and lower roof areas. Great work by a knowledgeable and hard working team.I highly recommend Clarity Roofing.

Caleb came out to the business complex where my small business is located. He quoted all 4 buildings and inspected them thoroughly. He was quiet on the roof and did not cause any disruptions to our daily operations. He contacted our HOA with professional specs, quotes to include safety measures, and was extremely professional. Highly recommend. Clarity Roofing is also locally owned so supporting a small business is always a bonus!
