Instead of trying to sell me repairs I didn’t need, he gave me an honest assessment and explained that I’d be better off waiting until the roof actually needs to be replaced. That could be tomorrow if it develops a leak, or it could be another 5–10 years.I really appreciated his integrity and willingness to put my best interests ahead of making a sale. He inspected the roof from the outside and then also from inside the attic. He laid out a very detailed quote that covered everything we needed. Even the permit. There were no surprises.The crew was fantastic! They were working on one of the hottest days of the year. From tear-off of the existing roof in the morning through to cleaning up after the work was done in the afternoon, this team was focused on doing the job right. Caleb was great. Before we even had the repair scheduled, he came out in the pouring rain right before Memorial Day weekend and put a tarp on the roof to make sure things didn’t get worse. That meant a lot and definitely wasn’t something he had to do.He got us on the schedule quickly, communicated well throughout the process, and did a great job with the repair. Came out to my mom's rental to check the roof. I was not surprised that there was more damage than we knew, but was shocked that Caleb had the courage to walk it. He was very thorough and made sure to check all areas of the roof, not just the areas we knew were a problem. The estimate came back extremely fair for a complete redo of the roof. I also liked how they want to order everything "just in case" so they don't have to stop if something comes up. They can just keep going and return what they don't use. Super smart job prepping if u ask me. Can't wait to see the work when it is completed!

Caleb came and did a complementary inspection of my gutters because I noticed water over flowing. He was kind enough to inspect my roof as well. While up there, he also cleared out a bit of leaves clogging my downspout. He quoted new gutters, and they were very reasonable! Got on the schedule and will update the review when they're done. Definitely worth having out for a quote and inspection!!
