We’re very happy with the work Cawood Flooring did for us. They set in new hardwood in one room of our house to match the existing hardwood flooring, refinished all of the hardwood including the repair of several spots, and replaced our carpets, and the difference is amazing. The hardwood looks so much better, and it’s just so nice to walk on carpets that are soft, fresh, and clean again. Jeff and all of the folks who worked in our home were professional and they took care with our furniture and possessions. The whole process went smoothly, took less than two weeks, and we’re really pleased with the results. We would definitely recommend Cawood Flooring!

Our hardwood needed refinishing. Jeff came , gave the quote, we agreed. He brought his expert to show the job. 4 people came to do the work. Very professional, came on time , finished the job , had a little issue , promptly fixed it. Jeff came in the end to make sure everything was ok before the full payment. I love my floor. I would recommend them highly.

My experience with Cawood Flooring was EXCEPTIONAL! It was really the perfect experience, all the way from booking the appointment to paying the invoice. I had Cawood Flooring do two things: 1) Replace the carpet on steps and 2) Stretch all the carpet in the house. The guy's who showed up to do the work were true professionals and made the job look easy AND they arrived right on time. Love that! I was afraid I'd have to move a bunch of heavy furniture around to allow them to do their job, but I DIDN'T LIFT A FINGER! They did it all requiring nothing of me. Loved that! After about five hours of work, I inspected every room and everything was back in place and the carpet looked fantastic. I'm so glad I found Cawood Flooring to do the job. They are highly, HIGHLY recommended.

A couple of years ago we got two puppies and they destroyed our old carpet. I reached out to Jeff, who came to the house and looked at what we had and listened to what we were thinking about getting. Because he came in person, he was able to reccomend great carpet that works really well with the two dogs in the house. Plus, he was willing to work with us on when to install which was a great help in how we were able to manage our budget. I would totally recommend Jeff and his team again.

I was looking for a flooring company to install some wall to wall carpet for me.This was several years ago. I got estimates from several contractors and I decided to go with Cawood Flooring. They did a great job. Since that initial project I have used them for a laminate project in 3 bedrooms and a hardwood installation in the family room and a wall to wall in our office. If you want a quote for and of your flooring needsCall Cawood.

We went to Cawood Flooring Systems looking to replace the old hardwood floor in our kitchen with LVP. I was concerned about the height difference and how that would work with existing door trims, baseboards, and cabinets. Jeff explained the process and assured us that there would be no issues. We were able to take a lot of samples home (like 12!) to find the right color. We decided to also replace the carpet in the adjoining dining room with the same LVP. His installer team came and ripped up the old floor, built up the subfloor to match height required, installed the LVP and re-installed the baseboards (no toe molding, yay!). They did a great job! They even fixed a transition strip that I couldn't get secure when I had put LVP in our laundry room the year before. I never even mentioned it, they just fixed it because they noticed it was loose. Everything looks great and we love the new look!

Cawood flooring had been my primary flooring vendor for the past 14 years. You cannot best their prices, quality and attention to detail. I am a general contractor and they have always gone above and beyond for me. I feel guilty asking for a quick turnaround almost daily. Not once have they told me no. I consider them part of my team due to their quick response and can do attitude. Not to mention their pricing is better than I can get anywhere. The old saying in the construction industry is do you want it good, fast or cheap? Pick 2! I feel like they have covered all 3 every time.

We at Zion United Church of Christ have worked with Cawood Flooring for several years, and have never been disappointed. They laid carpet in a conference room, in classrooms, and our fellowship hall. They even installed a combination of carpet, both rolled and carpet tiles, and vinyl tile in the sanctuary. It is beautiful! Large vinyl tiles were installed in the newly renovated kitchen. From the employees who came to measure and discuss options, to the designer who helped us make decisions, to the installers, to the owner who kept tabs on our many projects.I would highly recommend the team at Cawood Flooring.

I needed some flooring for my office following some severe water damage. I was struggling to get my contractor to call me back. I received a recommendation for Cawood from a co-worker. He immediately came out to give an estimate and the flooring was complete within a few days, with fantastic results.

I hired Cawood flooring to replace the carpet in my Mason home and was very pleased with the outcome. Jeff personally came out to my house, took the measurements, installers showed up on time and the cost exactly matched the estimate. Jeff also came out after the install to review and inspect the carpet in every room. I was happy with everything and appreciated both the professionalism and the personal touch. As a result, I would highly recommend Cawood flooring for all your flooring needs.

I seldom leave a review but after Cawood flooring finished our floors, I sincerely have to rave about their work. The home was a 1940's Cape cod with original hardwood flooring that had been covered up with carpeting for many years . After removing the carpet, we didn't have much hope how these floors would turn out because of the condition. It was not pretty! Fast forward to just a couple weeks forward when we had Caywood flooring come out and told us these floors could be refinished to look beautiful.Well they weren't just saying that! Not only did they come on time and always cleaned up before they left, but the workmanship on the floors from ugly to breathtakingly BEAUTIFUL is the reason I'm leaving this review of 5 stars...I'd give 10 if I could.Family and friends could not believe the transformation . I wish so much I had pictures to show but we have since sold the home and have no pictures as it sold very fast.Lastly, their pricing and friendly respectfulness also went a long way!TOTALLY RECOMMEND CAYWOOD FLOORING. They get the job done in a good timely manner also! Thank you Cawood Flooring for helping our home sell so quickly!!Tammy and Tom
