I seldom leave a review but after Cawood flooring finished our floors, I sincerely have to rave about their work. The home was a 1940's Cape cod with original hardwood flooring that had been covered up with carpeting for many years . After removing the carpet, we didn't have much hope how these floors would turn out because of the condition. It was not pretty! Fast forward to just a couple weeks forward when we had Caywood flooring come out and told us these floors could be refinished to look beautiful.Well they weren't just saying that! Not only did they come on time and always cleaned up before they left, but the workmanship on the floors from ugly to breathtakingly BEAUTIFUL is the reason I'm leaving this review of 5 stars...I'd give 10 if I could.Family and friends could not believe the transformation . I wish so much I had pictures to show but we have since sold the home and have no pictures as it sold very fast.Lastly, their pricing and friendly respectfulness also went a long way!TOTALLY RECOMMEND CAYWOOD FLOORING. We are super happy with our new plank flooring. (LVT??) You can tell the quality is much better that what we had put in originally, this stuff was 2x as thick!!The install process was great. It ook a few days, but the crew moved appliances and furniture as they worked, saving my back and time to get a helper to move it. And fixed some floor squeaks as they went.When replacing the toilet, the guy even noticed my water line was old and could start to lead or bust, so he found one in his truck and replaced it!!!!Would recommend, and will use again.

From the beginning of the remodel job, Jeff Cawood was very professional and was very informative of the products we wanted. He brought out samples, measured the areas and had the estimate within 24 hours..The installers were prompt, on time and did a fantastic install on the carpet and lvp flooring. When they finished, they cleaned up very good and vacuumed the carpet. Jeff followed up when they finished to make sure we were happy with the install.
