It's unfortunate that I have to leave this review because I originally hired this company because I wanted to help a friend who had recently been released from prison by giving him some work.I paid them $1,500 to move a few items from my storage unit to my new apartment. Over the following three weeks, the move was repeatedly rescheduled, and I was given different explanations for why the job couldn't be completed.After being told multiple times that the move would be completed on a specific day and having that date come and go, I ultimately decided to move the items myself. I then told the owner that I no longer needed the moving service and requested a refund of the $1,500 I had paid.Aug 14 2026 my wife and I had to file a small claims lawsuit against them to get this resolved as the owner refused even though he stated he would.

This company took $1500 from my husband and I to move some items from storage to our new apartment and after multiple excuses and no shows we asked for a refund and was told take him to court that we weren't getting anything back. My husband hired this company because he wanted to help out his friend who is the owner because he just got out of prison and needed the work but after all this we had to file a small claims lawsuit again the company and owner for refusing to return the money he was paid.
