Andy and John of Coastal Carolina Roofing were excellent to work with. Ordering a new roof is a bit frightening as it is a rarity in one's lifetime. They were very conscientious and thorough in their inspection, actually helped us file an insurance claim, and were very detailed about the work that they would be performing. They replaced our roof in one day. Everyone that I have talked to has said that is amazing but they brought in enough crew to do it. They took pictures of the exterior furniture and planter placements and returned any moved items to their exact places. They covered all landscaping and cleaned every piece of material and nails from our site before leaving. I rarely write reviews but they were worth the time and we have already recommended this company to friends and I would not risk my friendships unless I felt Coastal Carolina Roofing was worth it.

Coastal Carolina Roofing came in with a fair price and scheduled the job quickly. Their crew was respectful of the property, removed the old roof and replaced it in one day, including replacing several boards. Andy was in our neighborhood and stopped by our home to see if we needed a new roof or had damage we honestly did not know. He inspected it and found hail damage. They did an amazing job on our roof. I normally don’t talk to door-to-door salesman. But they were very polite and very professional. They worked with my homeowners insurance and they got me an amazing deal.They were Also able to repair some stuff inside the house that was damaged due to a leaking roof.I would recommend them to anyone, and many years down the road when I need a new roof again, I hope they’ll still be around in the area

Coastal Carolina Roofing - after reading reviews and speaking to other vendors -I chose Coastal Carolina Roofing to replace my dogwood roof. Andy Houston came out and viewed my roof and identified hail damage. His team worked diligently with my insurance company, identifying the damage and ensuring comprehensive coverage. The team showed up promptly @ 7:00 AM, moved all items on my back patio, covered shrubbery and began removing old roof . Aside from the team on the roof, there were two additional men who constantly walked around and picked up all debris throughout the process. The team worked through the day and by 16:00 I had a new roof and all debris removed. Great teamwork I would strongly recommend Andy and his team.
