"Done Right" does it right. We use this company for our quarterly hood cleanings and they are always punctual unobtrusive and reliable. During our last service we had a little issue/complaint... Venus and Sam jumped on it and not only fixed the issue, they gave us a solution that went way beyond our most optimistic expectations. I dealt with the owner of the company, Jacob. They were looking to unload their old fleet of vans. I drove 5 hours with my 1 yr old and husband to come check it out. I was assured by Carlos at Filta Kleen that the truck we selected would make the trip and that the brakes were safe. They should’ve sold this truck for parts and they know it but no, they lied to me and my husband about the trucks drivability and we broke down in less than a half hour. They knew they were wrong so Jacob had his wonderful office assistant block me and Carlos blocked me as well so they know what they sold us was not safe and could put our lives in danger. The speedometer is broken, the emergency brake does not work, the regular brakes don’t work and the truck will not even shift gears ! What kind of conscience do you have when they could’ve simply sold it for parts. They could’ve at least been men about it and faced me but no I was blocked. Less

I had them come measure and give a price, they quoted me $1900 and I gave them a $1200 deposit in CASH, wrong move on my part, they sent an email the same day on the new price, add-on's I ask for, I disagreed and they kept $200 in cash and said after I disagreed they started the job. The email was Friday I responded same day saying NO. They didn't return my calls Monday all day on Tuesday said they started the work. Terrible customer service and if I had given them a Check they what would they have done, nothing at all.They stole $200 because it was cash, if they started the job I at least should have gotten something. So they started it and kepted it and they CASH. Less

Jacob and his team did a spectacular job demo'ing our years-old duct, blower & exhaust fan and fabricating and installing brand new replacement ones - all FDNY compliant. They showed up right on the time as they promised, worked extremely professionally, efficiently, and clean. They not only gave us the best, significantly lower cost compared to others we asked for the job, but they also surprised us with their knowledge and attention to detail. We were expecting so much less - people not showing on time, damaging everything, not cleaning up after themselves, job taking days, men working slowly - but thankfully none of that happened - they surprised us by doing exact opposite and they were done in a day and a half!
