Craig and Travis are rockstars! They refinished a large upstairs patio that had a failing epoxy finish from a long time ago. I can't say enough great things about this team. They were punctual (showed up at 7 am everyday), considerate, clean, and PROFESSIONAL.Being an upstairs patio, they weren't able to use their large industrial grinder to remove the old epoxy finish, so instead they used small 7 inch hand grinders to painstakingly remove the old finish down to bare concrete. This took a whole day. Most contractors would have cut corners or complained about the extra work - they did not at all. Then they fixed all the cracks and applied the new finish over the next 2 days. During the whole process, they tarped everything so that the dust from grinding and flake application didn't fall into our yard and pool. The finish turned out amazing and their attention to detail is impeccable. When I had questions or feedback along the installation process, they explained their trade in a way I could understand.I think most importantly, Craig and Travis are both super trustworthy folks who are incredibly considerate. I lent them some large tarps to keep down the dust, and at the end of the job, they neatly folded them up and put them up for me. They intentionally did not make a lot of noise early in the morning because they didn't want to wake up our toddler. They did a very detailed clean up at the end of the job and everything in the yard was spotless. No trash left behind, everything brushed off. Courteous and respectful throughout.These are the small details that make me proud to be their customer. I did not get paid or asked to leave this review, but when a company is this excellent, I feel compelled to tell the world!Please consider using Alliance Direct for your flooring needs, they are AMAZING!

Craig put a concrete slab in backyard and professional epoxy in garage and patio.
