My partner and I spent months going back and forth on how to approach our first investment property. We had plenty of people telling us what we “should” do, but no one was really giving us advice that felt tailored to us.From the start, Allan took the time to properly walk us through the process and even shared helpful resources before we had signed up. As first-time investors, we had a lot of questions and never felt like any were too small or too stupid.Once we started actively searching, we worked closely with Uveesha and she was amazing from search through to settlement. She kept us informed, explained why certain properties didn’t make the cut and genuinely made us feel like she had our back. At one point we thought we had found the perfect property, but Uveesha and our conveyancer flagged issues in the Owners Corp report and advised us not to proceed.
