The Instructor, Scott, was very knowledgeable, and presents the knee course in a very easy to understand way.

I recently took the lumbar spine Great Lakes course and loved it!! I had been wanting to really solidify my knowledge and execution of muscle energy technique assessment and treatment of the lumbar spine and this class really allowed me to accomplish that. We practiced the assessment of each dysfunction, then practiced the treatment of each which included an inherent review in the process. By the end of the course I felt really confident. The instructor was excellent. Questions were encouraged and the pace was just right for really integrating the techniques. It was definitely in the top three courses of my career.

Highly recommend having the GLS team put on a private course for your organization. It is a cost effective way to offer CEU classes to your team while building camaraderie with your staff. Chloe and the team make this process very streamlined and easy. The instructors have all been wonderful at every private course we hosted for our therapists.

Everytime I take a GLS course, I learn new things, have a better understanding and knowledge of the course content, and gain more techniques to use within my practice. GLS provides exactly the type of courses that help me be a better clinician.

I have taken 3 GLS courses so far and I have really enjoyed them. I have become more confident providing treatment to patients. There is a good breakdown of course material and steps to take when assessing a patient. They’re really good about looking at how all joints/parts of the body influence one another. I can’t recommend these courses enough!

I have been taking Great Lakes Seminars courses for 8 years, and the information and skills they teach have brought my career to a new level. This past weekend I went to their Rehabbing the Runner course. Being a non-runner, it helped me greatly understand what to look for to help that patient population. I highly recommend taking any of their courses - it will greatly enhance your abilities in the clinic.

I’ve completed three Great Lakes Seminars courses thus far, and they are always very informative and applicable to the clinic, with lots of really useful hands on practice and evidentiary backing for their techniques and approaches. Each class has helped to round out more of my clinical reasoning and interventions to deliver better and more individualized care to my patients.

Lecturer for our CEU - Christian Hoban was really attentive to every group during lab and was open to questions. I enjoyed my course with great lakes and was thrilled that i did not have to worry about putting notes in a notebook or papers that I would probably lose. They had a manual waiting for all of us that was specifically for the content of the CEU. High yield course, had access to video content too sent to us as a long term resource to ensure that we can back track if needed - i liked this personally , it felt like they actually put thought into how we can improve retention of the course.

I love Great Lakes' courses. The instructor Mike was very knowledgeable about the content. He helped us to reflect on the 'why' behind what manual we choose to perform, and the review of joint kinematics was helpful to bring it all together.

These are excellent courses for any outpatient ortho therapist. Lots of hands-on instruction, big focus on manual interventions as well as functional applications to implement with your patients!

Loved the Vestibular course. This is a diagnosis I don’t see too often in my practice, so this was a great refresher! Amy was very good at explaining all the techniques and different maneuvers. Very well organized. Learned a lot through the lecture. I will definitely continue to use GLS for my CEUs. Highly recommend!
