However, after I shared some personal information, all communication suddenly stopped.Despite following up, I was completely ignored and never received the courtesy of a response or explanation.For a business that promotes compassion, acceptance, and support, this was incredibly disappointing.In today's world, there is no place for judgment or exclusion when people are reaching out for help.If your values prevent you from supporting or treating certain people, then be honest and transparent rather than simply ignoring them.Professionalism means treating every person with respect, even if you choose not to take them on as a client.It's the 21st century.Get with the times.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
