THE FEMININE RETREAT!Omg I genuinely believe every woman deserves an experience like the Feminine Retreat! ❤️Women came from all walks of life, with different stories, different struggles and different responsibilities. Some are raising families, some are building businesses, some are navigating relationships, and some have simply spent so long being everything for everyone else that they’ve lost touch with themselves along the way.This retreat was a space where i could finally pause. Where i don’t have to be the strong one, the organiser, the problem solver or the person who holds everything together.It helped me breathe, reflect, learn, be nurtured and reconnect with the woman underneath all those roles.That’s what makes this experience so special. It’s an opportunity to explore yourself, understand your patterns, reconnect with your feminine energy and discover new ways of showing up in your relationships and in your life. And i got to do that alongside other women who are also growing, learning and finding their way.Personal growth isn’t comfortable, and meaningful change doesn’t happen overnight. But giving myself the space to slow down, become curious about myself and learn something new was incredibly powerful.I think it’s important that women have spaces like this. Spaces where they feel safe enough to reflect, supported enough to grow and nurtured enough to remember that they matter, too.No woman should have to wait until she’s burnt out, her relationship is struggling or she’s completely lost herself before she gives herself permission to invest in her own growth.From the FOOD, to the ACCOMODATIONS, everything was thought out and our expectations were exceeded. 💗I believe every woman deserves this.

Done heaps of development work with other workshops and courses but signed up here, wasnt sure, had my walls up.. but they gave me my breakthrough moment.. and I will be a better man because of this. I appreciate it.If you're looking to fix yourself, to fix your marriage or just finding awareness for your traumas. This is the place.Update: second time here doing a refresher, sit-ins are highly worth it. Reinforce anything you learnt, uncover more, unpeal that onion.Update 3: third time, sit in and I can see cause and effect of actions and reactions between couples and how it can transfer to the next generation. We can choose to give them love or trauma.
