Foundation repair experts came out to give me a quote on my foundation and we’re on time and very kind and respectful. Sent me the quote the same day. Price was very reasonable so we went ahead and hired them. The day of the job again they were on time , worked very hard and completed the work the same day. I was very happy with their work and how well they kept me informed on what all they were doing and explained everything . I would recommend foundation repair experts to any and everybody I know that needs foundation work !

Very friendly, however I had to schedule two separate times for them to come and give me an estimate (one was a reschedule). In both instances, the day and time was scheduled incorrectly. Even with the new meeting in the calendar for 2pm, the pro called to come at 10am and showed up at my house before I could even return the call to confirm. I was told I would receive a proposal that same afternoon, however I still haven't received anything and several days have passed. The inside of the house was checked, however they didn't go outside to check anything.

They must have 106 five-star reviews because they usually make things right with people but they're refusing to make things right with me. They were simply supposed to level a house pier and beam and replace rotting subfloor. They subcontracted the work out. As far as the leveling goes let's just put it this way I have beams not even touching the piers after the repairs. They cracked and destroyed piping underneath the little bit of subfloors they did replace and now as the remodel has gone on I have discovered several other major areas where the subfloor is rotting all the way through and they refuse to come back out and put a couple pieces of treated plywood like I was promised and owed. Then Jesus wants to throw it in my face that I told him don't worry about sending his plumber because I couldn't wait for a plumber 2 days to fix a exploded main line once I turned the water on.
