Super good service. Small enough to give great service, but big enough to know what they're doing. There are so many companies to choose from, these guys are awesome! Daniel was very easy to work with and friendly.

We are very pleased with North Star Heating & Air Conditioning. They are honest, fair, accommodating and friendly. Both times we needed them, they were able to squeeze us in same day! Daniel is our tech and he is exceptional at his job and extremely friendly...terrific customer service skills! We have had horrible experiences in the past with a couple other companies that were not honest at all...that is why we had North Star came out the first time to do a second opinion, which saved us $2,400. They fixed the issue for under $300! North Star is our go to from now on...and Daniel is our guy! Ask for him!

Daniel was awesome. Came out same day I called. Didn't have the exact parts needed so he made a next day service call, came right on time and did great work in under an hour. Job completed. Definitely have a repeat customer and hopefully we get Daniel again when we call for service in the spring.

These guys do great work for great prices. We got several quotes and these guys were the best for our AC install. But most important, they've also saved our AC during a heatwave with quick scheduling and amazing customer service. I'm honestly grateful for these guys.

Not only did NorthStar give us the lowest price on our AC installation, they've also done our tune ups ever since. And even more amazing: our AC just went out in a heatwave, I called at 4am (expecting a business voicemail or some kind of automated scheduling AI) and a real person answered and got me on the schedule same-day! They have earned our AC business forever!
