When I went shopping for a new Heat pump system I got a few bids like normal for any big purchase.One company was a nice guy but even as a friend of a family member things were not clear.Next “company” young guy pulled up in his Mercedes wearing g shorts and a T shirt. Spit out a number.Now AJRI am very mechanically inclined so I had question. The owner of the company took the time to explain a few things to me on the different types of systems, thermostats and efficiency of them. Not only did he know what he was talking about but he was the best price and definitely best value.I say value because the install included an initial service plan for two trips. Scheduling my second visit Monday.AJR came out and installed two new units inside and out in one day.I could not be happier with my decision and the units.
