They did good work. They work with me and my schedule to be able to get the job done and get my water working. Most of all you can trust them. It took 3 days to get the job all the way done but only 2 days without water and they did all new pipes in the crawl space and put in a main shut off so I don't have to go to the street to shut it off if something happens. Not the cheapest but they have a lot of pride in their work and that says a lot.

Sylas was amazing!Had to have a water heater replaced in an emergency situation. And the whole process from calling and speaking to dispatch (I believe his name was David?) and Sylas getting rerouted on his already planned day to come out and replace and install a new unit. While also address some code issues from when the original water heater was installed was top tier service.Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Divine Intervention? I guess some people just never stop serving the American people and their way of life. Count me as one who is tremendously grateful for the team at Stars and Stripes Plumbing for not only defending my freedoms from foreign adversaries, but providing a 50 star service when it came to replacing my water heater. I left the big box stores a bit dismayed after I attempted to have an actual conversation about their water heaters. Imagine the synchronicity when I heard that 80's song "Send Me an Angel" and randomly found the Stars and Stripes Plumbing website. Daylon and Trevor were immediately on top of my request. After a thorough and meaningful conversation, I had an appointment booked (even though I was slightly out of the noted service area). It was early Friday morning when Sylas arrived exactly on time. He performed a detailed initial system inspection, which included a survey of the cramped spider-webbed crawl space and all other lines, drains, and faucets. I enjoyed his conversation as he explained the options and a meticulous breakdown of pricing and code requirements. The installation went extremely well. Sylas was definitely knowledgeable and very precise when following the protocol for the job. I appreciate ALL that the team at Stars and Stripes have done. Cheers!

Excellent work and cleanly done.They replaced 3 valves under kitchen sink that wouldn't turn off completely with new1/4 turn ones.They also fixed a plugged line that had debri in it by back flushing faucet with air pressure and disassembling faucet itself and inspecting to determine cause,,,causing hot water to trickle out. All working perfectly now !!I'd recommend then to anyone, professional efficient and friendly .I will use them again in future, you should also.Thank you top notch work guys. 😀

Stars and Stripes plumbing did a great job in replacing our leaking water heater and upgrading aging plumbing shut-off valves. They were top notch in responsiveness and quality of work! An absolutely clean install! Highly recommend them!
