T Smith Siding, Roofing & Windows just installed 12 windows in my sons home. This company came highly recommended by a friend. I knew that if T Smith could please him I was going with the right window company. Tim, the owner, wrote an estimate the middle of June and I approved it the next day.The windows were ordered and five weeks later Tim was calling to set an install date. On installation day Chad and Rob , the installers, arrived at 8am. They explained how they were going to do the installation and what they needed me to do. By 3:30pm the 12 windows were installed and wrapped and the cleanup was done. This company, T Smith Siding, Roofing & Windows from Nichlasville, Ky was very professional, efficient, courteous and an eye for detail throughout the process of this job. Thank you Tim, Chad, Rob and “I didn’t forget you” Lisa. Lisa is T Smith’s office manager who coordinates setting up the times and dates for estimates and installation. She also calls or texts reminders in case you’ve forgotten a date or time. By the way my son’s neighbors were commenting how nice his windows looked and one wanted a card to get an estimate for her house. Thanks again.

We couldn't be happier with our new back door! Tim really knows his stuff and only uses high quality products! Pricing was very fair, honest, and upfront. Angus and his assistant removed our old door and installed the new one with careful precision. (We added the blinds.) We highly recommend them!

T. Smith was extremely helpful resolving an issue we had with double hung vinyl windows. Although they did not install this window, they directed us to someone who fixed our problem, saving us thousands of dollars. Thank you Lisa!

Recently had new windows installed. I had a consult visit with a showing of what windows would look like & quote & approximate time frame. Day of installation they arrived on time. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Windows look great! I most certainly will recommend!!

Mr. Smith was the only person representing a window replacement company that didn't drag us into the endless demonstrations that other companies tortured us with. He was to the point, had taken measurements and fielded our questions without wasting anyone's time. That was the reason we went with T. Smith Siding, Roofing & Windows, Inc.The crew that did the installation is top notch. Their workmanship is second to none. They had the worksite cleaned up thoroughly and even went the extra mile to assist us with a frame for an air conditioner unit so it would match the wrap on the exterior window frames. Plus they were super nice guys.T. Smith Siding, Roofing & Windows, Inc. is your best bet. Other companies didn't offer the value and workmanship that this company brought. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. I highly recommend T.
