I’ve tried different Shilajit resins over the years and found I had some negative side effects, such as feeling nauseous and dizzy after taking it. I have tried a number of different brands of Shilajit, (5). This is the one I keep returning to. Yes, it tastes bitter, but that just indicates to me that it hasn’t been artificially sweetened. It also isn’t gooey adding water to the weight. Weight for weight and priced as it is, this Shilajit is the best value for money, improving energy, focus, mood, stamina and other “urges” 🤣 . Save money and give it a go!

My 1 week review. I am not by Any means new to shilajit and have been taking it for quite a while various different brands and strengths but there’s one common factor when I have been taking shilajit from these other brands it doesn’t feel authentic and strong you get a little taste of the energy boost and whatever but nothing like I have felt whilst taking altitude shilajit I got myself a 10g tub and I will be for sure ordering the dropper much more convenient and let me tell you price for the quality is nothing pay exta for better quality this is by far the best shilajit around by a country mile.
