I took two items in for tailoring. One dress needing a hem and another with shoulder straps that needed to be shortened. The work was fast and excellent. My mother was a seamstress and this work was high quality and done impeccably well. I will be back and am happy to have found a local tailor/seamstress.

I just moved to Hendersonville a week ago. I've been there 3 times already. Shirts laundered and starched, pants and suits dry cleaned and pressed. Everything turned out great! I've been very happy with their service. The text alerts that are sent when you items are finished are very convenient. So far, everything has been completed faster than I expected...usually with in 1 business day. Thank you for the great service to this newcomer.

Asked them to please measure my neck and shirt sleeve because I wanted to get a new shirt for my daughters wedding and was told, and I quote "sorry, we don't do that here". Really? How did they alter my new suit pants? Did she guess? No, the seamstress used a tape measure. But they couldn't measure my neck and shirt sleeve. It would have taken 30 seconds at most to take the measurements.Had a shirt laundered and pressed and received a shirt with a large yellow stain on the right side breast area (see center of picture for yellow stain). I know for a fact there was no such stain when I dropped the shirt off. There were also wrinkles on the shirt that was suposedly pressed. Totally unacceptable and highly unprofessional work. I would take my business elsewhere if I were you.

Dropped off a pair of pants to be hemmed and was given a ticket... and hour later I received a text, to my surprise, the pants were already done! The work was so good that I could see a difference from their work and the original condition! Great job and I'll definitely be back.
