I evaluated four companies before settling on South Bay. They were both cost-effective and feel so extremely high-quality that I feel like I didn’t have to compromise on anything. The installation team was professional, and I got to work with Bruce directly and design exactly what we were looking for. He helped me make good design decisions and optimize our space which feels so much bigger with our new solution. It’s been a couple of months and I’m still absolutely thrilled with it and we’ll happily be using them again in the future!

I have a very small walk-in closet, but they made use of every single inch of that space. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the installer, Daniel, was so knowledgeable and helpful. For installation, Damien and Daniel were really professional. They are excellent installers. They continued to clean up during the whole installation and when they left, it was spotless. South Bay Custom Closets did an awesome job for me: from onsite design to installation and communication from start to finish. I had a hallway closet transformed from the 1950's to functional today. I also had a laundry closet with doors and shelves designed and installed. I will use their services for future work as well as recommend them without hesitation.

I can't say enough about how great South Bay Closets is. I've used them twice and wish I had more closets for them to do. They redid 3 closets that only had hanging poles and put in drawers, shelves, poles, etc., and probably quadrupled the storage space. My garage was overflowing and they put in garage cabinets and slatwall that I have excess storage I dont know what to do with. There was an empty dead space under the stairs that they transformed into a broom and storage area. Everyone was great to work with. Peggy the designer is very skilled and patient working with you and making design changes until it is just right. Lilian the scheduler kept everything on time. And I can't say enough about the installer Juan and his crew. Everything and I mean everything they did came out perfect just like the drawings. They are very professional and each job was finished on time including an amazing clean up you would never know I had all this construction going on. Best of all the price was more than reasonable. At my prior house I used one of the national closet companies and they were ok, but my whole family agrees South Bay did a much better job in terms of quality and finishing. Don't even bother spending time getting comparisions. No one can beat South Bay.
