I ❤️ visiting my "home away from home" gym family. I dropped in to friendly shouts (like Norm in Cheers for us vintage folks). The new box looks fantastic. Derek & Jenny have created the most exceptional and inviting countryside Crossfit experience! I cannot recommend it enough. 🏋‍♀️🇺🇲

Came in a year ago after not working out in over 8 years. Best decision I’ve made. My husband and I both love going to the gym now. The classes are tailored for beginners, moderate and experienced people. If you want a change, come give it a try! I promise you won’t regret it!

So thankful to have found this place. The owners/trainers are very knowledgeable and focus on teaching proper form of all movements. They push you to give your best and are highly cognizant of injury prevention. Inviting, family friendly atmosphere with multiple options for class times for flexibility based on your schedule. Highly recommend!

YCF offers four opportunities a day (M-Thurs and three classes on Friday and one on Saturday) to workout and the staff works with each individual to accommodate their needs and address their circumstances to target improvement.

I have historically hated working out for almost my entire life. Yadkin CrossFit has given me a totally new perspective as a part of their Fiercely Fit class. It’s a challenge but they encourage individual success. Our class isn’t competitive and we all enjoy being there. Take advantage of their free class offer to see if Yadkin CrossFit is right for you. You might just surprise yourself (and your friends and family)!
