I’ve generally had good experiences here, but the appointment booking process has become frustrating. Every time I request an appointment, I plan around the available times listed on the website, only to be told that those times aren’t available. The alternatives offered are never close to the time I requested, which makes scheduling difficult.Please update the website to reflect accurate availability so customers can plan accordingly. I appreciate the grooming service, but a more reliable booking process would make a big difference.
