Staci with Pampered Tails McKinney is the real deal. She came out to my house and groomed all six of my dogs without a single struggle. I have working dogs, so that is no small thing. The care, patience, and skill she showed with every one of them was outstanding. As the owner of Dog Tags Training Academy, I hold a high standard for anyone who handles our dogs, and Staci exceeded it. We will be using her for all of our clients going forward. If you want a groomer who is professional, gentle, and genuinely great with dogs, Pampered Tails is it. Highly recommend!
