Matthew was friendly and was a pleasure to work with. It's unusual for myself, the listing agent to be present during the Buyer's Home Inspection, But my time was well spent as the inspection was informative and educational as well. He also took time to review the report in person at the property, answer my additional questions and provided the written report very quickly. THI also handled scheduling all the additional inspections. We were able to make an informed decision about the property and will be using them for our next inspection as well.
