I have been receiving help with Symbii Home Health since 01/2025. At first when I was told I would need a nurse to come twice a week to be able to get discharged from the hospital I was not happy I tried everything I could to not have home health. However, I have had the best care from my nurse. Since last year and multiple times in and out of the hospital I was always worried I would not get my same nurse. It has been great to have the same nurse no matter how long I was in the hospital .I wish there was a way to get my nurse recognized for her compassion, and understanding. Because I would like my nurse to know I appreciate everything she does for me.

I had a total knee replacement surgery and had symbii nurses and in home physical therapist that really helped dramatically in my recovery. They do amazing work and friendly support and service. I also have to give a special shoutout to Angela Tiffany and Lori they got me up and walking in no time thank you guys so much!!

Symbii took care of my dad in his last 9 month on this earth. And are also helping my mom. They are earthbound angels. I don’t know what I would have done without them.

After realizing that our father was in his final days our family ended up contacting and using symbii home health and hospice. The care team from symbii hospice are such a great asset in this time of need, the collective knowledge that they possess is amazing leading our family through the passing process with attention to compassion, care to our father and the family getting the hardware and medications he would need in a very timely fasion. We would like to thank his nurse Alisha, cna Deanne, Dr. Baily,MD, social worker Tera, and Chaplin Jerold, they all gave us a sense of care, kindness, knowledge and peace. Also Tina from Full-Circle After Care, she helped us with things we didn't think of with fraud, benifets, insurance, financial and survivor benifets.

My mom was is hospice care until she passed last week and my dad is still in the home Healthcare. This company has given me so much help when I felt like the world was resting on my shoulders. We have a special nurse Cara that comes and has become more then just a nurse but a part of our family. The love care and staff has been so amazing. We are truly blessed. I honestly can’t say enough about how amazing Symbii hospice was in caring for my husband and me. Every single step of the way they were compassionate, knowledgeable, understanding, respectful, and kind. From the first intake to the night he passed I knew and fully trusted that we were in good hands. And I was overwhelmed by everything they offer and how much easier they made it for him to remain home. Years ago I volunteered for a hospice in Salt Lake that was poorly run and, subsequently, was an experience that made me question hospice care. But I can honestly say that now my impression has changed completely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Symbii to anyone I know. So, thank you, thank you, thank you Vanessa, Kathy, Trina, Shyanne, Todd, Traci, Mary, Stefanie, Dr. Housley, and Yareli with the aftercare program.

The Symbii Hospice staff genuinely cared for my friend. Jessica and Stefani were compassionate, caring and professional at every stage of her care. I felt that they saw Diane as a friend they might have chosen and treated her that way. They engaged her on a personal level with humor and heartfelt concern. The care they offered was the highest standard. Wanting only to ensure that Diane's wishes were honored and she was comfortable. Their support and care extended to those of us who surrounded Diane in her last days.

I had Symbii Hospice for my husband until he passed. His first nurse was Lynell and I loved the compassion she showed for my husband and for myself. Lynell was always joyful and happy and would interact with him and make him smile.I also loved Kim. She was the person who gave my husband his showers and I am forever grateful for her, as Kim is a perfectionist and made sure he was absolutely clean and dressed neatly.My husband also had another nurse and her name was Michaela and she too was a wonderful and caring person. We didn’t have Michaela very long before my husband’s passing but she was a great asset at that time guiding me and helping me through it all.Symbii Hospice has a service called “Full-Circle Aftercare”. I was contacted by Lori Holt, and she guided me on final estate matters, Social Security matters, insurances, etc. Lori was very helpful in all of these matters and emailed me a letter of all things we discussed. This was very helpful in reminding me of things I need to do and some things she did while on the phone to prevent fraud. I am very grateful for her guidance.

My husband came on on hospice for what ended up being a very brief time but in that time I was so impressed with the Symbii team. Have use a number of companys after surgeries while they each have good point. Your company has much to be proud of im old svhool so compassion and work ethic sometimes lost in this world but not in sombeii.
