I have used SIMBII 2 times and found their services exceptional both times. There staff was mature, professional and caring both times. I especially appreciated the phone call they made prior to their arrival. They were knowledgeable about the appropriate therapy for the area being treated. They were appropriately friendly. I would defiantly use them a third time if their services were needed.

Brandi, mom's nurse, is very helpful and sweet. She takes really good care of my mom, is always on the ball with her care and willing to help out where needed. She takes care of my mom as her own. My handicapped sister had terrible reaction to a medication. It included blisters on her feet. We were referred to SYMBII for wound care. Fancy was assigned to us. It could not be a better match. Her care for a patient is much more than a paid relationship. My sister loves to see her. The wounds have healed, but we know we are in the end stages of life. Fancy is bright and cheerful always. She brings happiness with her every time. We are not excited about the eventual passing, but we we know we will have unwavering support from Fancy and the other staff. There is great peace of mind because of their knowledgeable care. She is a ray of sunshine in darker places.
